The in store check out employee that processed our $700+ couch was wonderful. But the delivery guys were extremely disrespectful until I pulled out a $40 tip.

This is the first time we've had any problem with AFW products. They honored the warranty and had our chair repaired in 2 days

I love my new couch! The sales people were so nice and helpful. We purchased the last type of this couch and we received a great deal! The delivery was wonderful! The measurements were wrong on my door and the couch wouldn't fit! So they had to lift it above my patio (thank God I am on the first floor!) through my sliding glass door! I kept have panic attacks but the delivery guys kept reassuring me that everything was going to be OK and it was! Great job all around American Furniture Warehouse!

We received a text from the salesman that helped us that are item was in. Go the the Firestone location to pick up the item. Mind you I live in Brighton about 45 minutes away. Go the the door to pick up the item guy loads in my truck. Drive back to the house to unload and lo and behold wrong item. Call customer service manger and explained the situation and the 1-1/2 round trip and requested them to deliver. Rather rude and gave me to options, go waste another trip to exchange or pay 80 dollars and they would deliver, actually charge me for their mistake. Was told their policy was customer was supposed to check the item and since it was a will call the delivery would need to be charged. The loader didn’t ask for any verification when he loaded in my truck. I asked them about accountability and basically told me it was my fault I didn’t check before I left . You would figure it would be pulled right. Didn’t question because the box seemed to be the right size for what we were picking up. Second CSM I talked to same answer but offered a 20 dollar discount. I asked to split because I didn’t want to waste time and gas. She finally agreed and still mind you I’m paying for their mistake. She goes to proceed the request and finds out the item we ordered wan’t even actually there. We were sent a notification that it was. Well now suddenly the offer is on the table to deliver the item free because there isn’t an exchange available. I think they finally realized that there are disorganized and the fact there was actually two errors they did what should have been offered right out of the gate. I like AFW, this a bad taste for sure. Have bought there before but what a terrible experience go this location and the customer service this case was lack luster. Just hold your team members accountable. Will think twice before going back to buy anything form them.

Our sales rep was amazing! He checked on availability and prices numerous times! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very pleasant to talk to!! I would definitely buy here again and would hope to have the same incredible great assistance as we had with Clifford! Kudos to him!! Our dining room set was delivered this morning and we love this addition to our home!!

At the Firestone store great customer service and very clean. They honor everything they say and advertise. Delivery was great as well, very courteous, respectful, and set up was fast. They cleaned their trash up and left all with in 15 minutes. Highly recommend this store, we will be in to make more purchases. Sorry for the picture, I covered family photos.
